The staff was helpful. The location near trains and the metro was quite convenient.. Breakfast offered many delicious choices. The room had a coffee machine, and coffee capsules were provided daily.
The light switching system seemed a bit confusing initially.

Fantastic stay near Gare de l'Est!

This hotel is a GREAT find! The daytime receptionist was super helpful, and the location is convenient (I enjoyed the five-minute walk to the metro). The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, tea, and coffee. I also had a restful night and enjoyed the continental breakfast (the croissants were delicious!).
The skylight in my top-floor room meant there wasn't a window, and there was a slight smell, a bit disappointing.

The room was not what I expected. The noise levels were high at night (I found it hard to sleep). The bathroom seemed to have a humidity issue. There was visible mold.
